Cherie Steinberg Cote is a photographer whose passion has been traveling the world and photographing people. Cherie began her photography career as a photojournalist at The Toronto Sun newspaper in Toronto, Canada.  She had the distinction of being the first female freelance photographer, where she was also honored with Canada's equivalent of the National Endowment for the Arts Award.  Among the numerous awards Cherie has won, she is a Getty Stock Image Photographer whose works are sold worldwide.  She has just signed a contract with Wiremage as well as Getty for further stock representation. In her international travels, she has captured extraordinary images which have appeared in countless publications and most recently in Grace Ormonde, The L.A. Times, Los Angeles Magazine, Bride & Bloom, Los Angeles Weddings, Studio Design & Photography, Towne & Country, WPPI Photography Monthly, Distinctive Magazine, 90210 Magazine, 5280 Magazine, Professional Photographers, Palm Springs Life and Rangefinder Magazine.

Nikon World wrote about Cherie's style and techniques. In each issue Nikon World writes about the work in their words "of the world's great photographers." 'Her quality of work coupled with her dynamic and creative personality has made her a much sought after wedding, portrait, glamour, corporate and event photographer in the Los Angeles area.'  Cherie is a boutique-style photographer who books only a limited amount of weddings per year and a limited amount of portrait sessions so that she can deliver the most perfect images for each client.  Cherie has been commissioned in Canada, Russia, The Netherlands and Belize to shoot for private clients photos of their love in life...whether it be architecture, flowers, shoes or their children personal portraits which she makes into large art. Some have been made as large as 10 feet x 12 feet for private collections and private collectors. She can be available to do the same for any client worldwide.
